We are currently looking for a Marketing/Client Services Associate to work at our corporate headquarters in Orinda, CA and implement the Company’s marketing plans and initiatives.
About the Role
The job responsibilities include:
· Gathering market information by telephone and online
· Contacting potential clients to educate them about the Company’s services
· Maintaining client relations to ensure their continued success
· Originate new clients: Automotive Insurance Companies, Auto Fleets, Attorneys and Government Agencies.
· Updating and maintaining company databases
· Develop article ideas and graphics to publish for a monthly E-News blast
· Manage and maintain incoming inquiries, including responses and budgeting guidelines.
· Identifying publicity contacts and opportunities
· Contacting organizations/conference chairs to schedule speaking opportunities and webinars
· Assist with development and presentation of company webinars
· Outreach to prospective clients and maintain current client relationships
· Research and special projects related to client services and marketing
Requirements
· BA/BS degree required
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services and/or marketing role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail required
· Excellent organizational skills are a must
· Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy
· Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and Outlook.
· Experience in database management a plus.
· Knowledge of insurance companies/legal profession a plus
· Full time in office role must be able to make commute to Orinda, CA.
