Heavy Truck Mechanic
Peter R. Thom and Associates is currently looking for Associates around the Country to work on a part time, as-needed basis doing accident Investigation/reconstruction. We are currently seeking qualified individuals who specialize in Heavy Trucks and Diesel Mechanics.
Job Responsibilities Include:

Identifying mechanical problems through testing and data collection
Ability to travel locally and conduct vehicle/scene inspections

Specialists Must Have:
​
10 years or more in practical experience
Proven work experience as a Heavy Truck/ Heavy Duty Mechanic or Diesel Technician
ASE Medium - Heavy Truck certifications (T1-T8) a plus
Experience working with diagnostic computers and the repairs of brake systems, engines, electrical components, steering systems, transmissions and wheels/tires
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Excellent computer skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
